I am the proud son of a plumber. (Yup, that’s me, the tall one third from the left and my dad third from the right). Working for my father as a teen, I learned two things: (1) how to handle myself around a pipe wrench, and (2) how even the smallest of pitfalls can have a huge impact on a company – and on those who rely on it to put food on the table and a roof over the heads of their loved ones.

For that reason, I approach every case as if it's personal – because it is. After all, you put your heart and soul into your company, and that deserves meticulous and tireless vigilance.
