“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

A family called KER.
Like any close-knit family, the members of KER depend on, assist and support one another in the pursuit of a greater good. Unlike other families, however, we don’t fight with each other. As much.
Keith E. Rodenhuis, Esq.
Founder and Lead Attorney
—
Adopted into a loving blue-collar family, Keith is driven by a simple desire to pay it forward – a pursuit enabled by his college diploma and post-grad degree from law school, where he delivered the commencement address.
Rather than join a large law firm, Mr. Rodenhuis decided to become a public servant, as the Deputy Treasurer for Orange County – the youngest person in California history to have fiduciary oversight of a public pension fund (today over $20 billion in assets).
Keith next turned his sights to the courts; within a few months, he was presenting to a jury in a four week wrongful death trial. In the decade since, Mr. Rodenhuis has collected numerous accolades, built a team of like-minded individuals, and created a culture of success and gratitude at the firm bearing his initials.
OFF THE CLOCK: When not pursuing justice, Keith loves experiencing different cultures through travel with his bride, walking Xena (a lovable Dogo Argentino) and taking in live music.

Malori Mavez
Executive Director, KER Legal Group
—
Starting her career as a divorce mediation paralegal, Malori Mavez soon became intrigued by the overall concept of justice, and how its meaning varies from person to person. Seeking to expand her views on the subject, Ms. Mavez began to explore the immense and diverse world of civil litigation – a journey which ultimately led to KER, where she currently holds the position of Executive Director. Serving as the firm's chief liaison between clients, attorneys and other industry professionals, Malori ensures that cases progress as smoothly and expeditiously as possible.
OFF THE CLOCK: Ms. Mavez is an accomplished aerialist, avid bookworm and design enthusiast.
